The responsibilities of the Digital Enablement Development Section include:
- Suggesting digital enablers that contribute to the development of the digital government roadmap in line with the directions of the UAE Government and global trends.
- Developing national digital enablers that support digital transformation and enable federal government entities to raise the level of digital transformation, thus raising the effectiveness and efficiency of digital services and enhancing the customer experience.
- Coordinating with the concerned entities as well as with internal and external partners to ensure that the objectives of the digital enablers are aligned with the requirements and policies, and developing co-designs.
- Developing and implementing guidelines related to national digital enablers, including standards for use and employment of enablers by federal government entities.
- Developing and implementing the digital enablers roadmap and aligning it with the digital government roadmap and the various digital enablers.
- Managing and developing the UX lab, which provides consultations for the development of various digital services and platforms in line with the customer’s needs and international best practices related to user experience.
- Managing and developing the customer experience for the digital enablers and initiatives of the digital government by studying the customer’s digital experience and building designs that enhance the customer experience.
- Managing and developing the quality of systems of digital enablers and initiatives of the digital government by developing procedures, guidelines and frameworks to ensure quality and continuity at all stages of development.
