The Authority shall provide information regarding tenders and general practices to registered and unregistered suppliers. Also, the system will allow you to look into the projects that are presently in process and the past tenders too
If the company registered and got qualified in the Supplier Registration Portal, a username and password will be sent to access the e-Procurement Portal and receive Request for Quotation/Proposal and be able to bid for it. Companies can also communicate with the buyers through the sourcing portal
The e-procurement portal also authorizes the companies that have been awarded tenders to provide electronic invoices and follow up with their payments. Suppliers will also receive the general notices regarding tenders and amounts due via the portal.
Disputes
If a dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever (a “Dispute”) shall arise between the Parties in connection with, relating to or arising out of this Purchase Order including the interpretation of performance, non-performance or termination of this Purchase Order , the Parties shall attempt to settle such Dispute in the first instance by discussions between the representative assigned by TDRA and the Vendor, if such Dispute cannot be settled by mutual discussions, the Consultant can approach TDRA’s Grievance Committee in order to settle. Furthermore, if the dispute is once again not settled within thirty (30) days from approaching the Grievance Committee, it shall be settled in Abu Dhabi’s federal Courts.
