The Registry-Registrar Agreement is the document which outlines the roles and responsibilities of the aeDA and the Registrar of DotEmarat. This is a legal Agreement between the two parties.

Describes how the .aeDA will use the information that it acquires.
Describes the warranties that a Registrant must make at the time of application for a Domain Name.
Sets out the names that may not be Registered due to UAE legislation, moral and cultural values of the UAE, and those that are reserved due to technical reasons, or for reasons that are to protect the .ae ccTLD.
Rules for the UAE Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
The variation of the Universal Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), which is used to settle Domain Name disputes, and utilises the services of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
The Policy which describes the information that must be collected about each Registrant and how this is to be displayed on the public WhoIs Service.
Indicates that the .aeDA holds the information contained in the Zone File and Database (that is all of the contact information for all Registrants) for the good of the people of the UAE and that the .aeDA will treat this information with due care.
